Reactor for algae type Chaetomorpha or mix of macroalgae. It removes pollutants biologically by using one or more macroalgae inside it that grow at a speed based on the organic load of the tank. Furthermore, the use of macroalgae promotes the growth of zooplankton inside it as a natural refuge. Using the reactor with a photoperiod of 8-10h inverse to the tank compensates for the CO2 swing between day and night, keeping the pH more stable and improving the health of the animals in the tank.

The system is equipped with a cap with integrated clips that allow you to fix the algae to the LED tube using an elastic band. By opening the cap, the LED tube attached to it can be extracted in a single gesture, making maintenance, cleaning and pruning much easier.
The water flows out against the walls of the cylinder silently.
