🔄 Returns Accepted Only for New and Unused Products
We accept returns only if the product is new, unused, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or damaged.

If you need to return a product, we invite you to contact us first before starting the procedure. We are at your disposal to help you resolve any issue, such as changing size or colour, or offering you a replacement if the item is defective.
📦 How to Proceed with the Return
The return must be made at your expense and shipped within 14 days of receipt of the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the return reaches its destination.
💸 Full Refund or Replacement
Once we have received and verified that the product meets the return conditions, we will proceed with a full refund or, if you prefer, a replacement.
🛠 Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace it free of charge or initiate the return without you having to bear any cost.
🚫 Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items

- Custom products (special orders, made-to-measure items)
- Promotional items, special offers and standard ReefTek line tanks
